Changing or cancelling an order
Call (07) 3277 1338 as soon as possible. If preparation has already started, Rainbow Thai may be unable to change or cancel an order for change-of-mind reasons because ingredients and kitchen time have already been committed.
Incorrect, missing or unsuitable orders
If an order is missing something, is incorrect or has a genuine quality problem, contact the restaurant promptly with the order details. Depending on the issue, the practical solution may be correction, replacement or refund.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be removed by a business policy. See the ACCC consumer-guarantees guidance.
Reservations and vouchers
Restaurant bookings can be changed or cancelled through the booking system or by phoning the restaurant. Voucher purchases remain subject to the terms shown during the connected voucher checkout.
